After the success of Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, it’s no surprise that more games are on the way. Electric Arts and Disney are gearing up to release more Star Wars Jedi games in the near future.
Fallen Order takes place right in the midst of all of the action in the Star Wars universe, following Cal Kestis, a Jedi Padawan living in a post-Jedi purge world, as he attempts to evade the Empire and finish his training. The game was released in 2019 for PS4, Xbox One, and Windows and has sold 10 million copies to date. The quick and huge success of this narrative based game has lit a fire under the game developers to give the people what they want, i.e. more.
With just the promise of more to come, there isn’t much other information about these sequels just yet. Disney and EA have the galaxy at their feet when it comes to source material. Fallen Order created a new focus for Star Wars games by focusing on one player and one narrative.
