Yakuza: Like A Dragon follows Kasuga Ichiban, an ex-con who is betrayed by his former criminal friends and left for dead on the streets. Kasuga uses this opportunity to turn his back on his past and become a hero of the people, as well as discovering the reason behind his betrayal. The other titles in the Yakuza series are action games in the vein of the Grand Theft Auto franchise, while Like A Dragon is a turn-based RPG that focuses on using items on the battlefield to your advantage. Like A Dragon was highly-acclaimed at launch, such as in our 5 out of 5 stars review.

The people who bought Like A Dragon at launch aren’t the only people who should feel burned, as games like Watch Dogs: Legion also saw a rapid price drop after launch. This is due to Black Friday/Cyber Monday game sales around the globe and publishers not wanting to be left in the dust.

There is always the threat of a brand new game going on sale quickly after launch, especially if it underperforms in its first week. The price drop for Like A Dragon shouldn’t be seen as a knock against its quality, and people who didn’t have a chance to buy it at launch should snap it up at its current price.
