The drawback of indulging in RPGs as massive as The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is the fact that glitches accompany it so casually. There isn’t any gamer who hasn’t encountered these bugs and it’s gotten to the point where players actively collect pictures of situations where they get trapped in these glitches.

The one benefit of this happening is that fans can have a good laugh sharing their experiences, and there’s no better way to do that than to compile the funniest of the bunch. Since these tend to really push the limit of how bizarre things can get, be prepared to cry-laugh after getting a load of these glitches.

10 Geralt’s Hair Piece

It’s been some time since the series has started and it appears as if Geralt is climbing on in years. After all, how else can it be explained why the guy has a hairpiece on? Of course, it’s a glitch in the works but the specific nature of it does beg further questions.

What’s hilarious is how it doesn’t even look like a glitch until it’s pointed out, which might make one believe that Geralt really is going bald and has been putting on a wig this entire time.

9 Getting Down For The Boogie In Mid-Air

When a game is over hundreds of hours long, there are bound to be problems with its performance. The Witcher 3 has a unique one in that Geralt somehow can go up in mid-air and do some wicked dance moves of his own.

This one shows him in the process of performing what seems to be the boogie dance, as Geralt is content with hanging around in mid-air. What’s more, the enemy in the distance has been flipped over itself so Geralt might not be the only one doing the boogie.

8 Nice Parking Job

It’s not easy being the horse of Geralt when the guy takes it across the entire map repeatedly. This glitch seems to show how the horse takes its breaks, with it falling down straight on its head. Geralt doesn’t appear to be too concerned about it.

Instead, it’s as if the glitch tried to make it that Geralt deliberately parked his horse by the edge of the cliff this way. You can’t really fault the guy, he does fight all kinds of monsters so parking the horse right might not be his main priority.

7 Geralt Can’t Handle That Midriff

There are so many friendships Geralt can engage in that these can even be ranked in a completely different list. However, that doesn’t mean one should get too friendly, an idea that might pass the min when considering what’s going on in this picture.

The glitch is such that the guys are almost merged with each other, with the one behind even having his hands go through his friend. As for Geralt, he looks as if he’s finding the whole situation so weird that words escape him.

6 Blank Faces

With so many types of gear to choose from, it might be possible not to be aware of the kinds that exist. And yet, it’s more than likely that there’s no gear that makes a person’s face disappear altogether so that nothing exists anymore.

As can be seen in this glitch, the guards have lost their faces entirely. What’s funny is that their body language doesn’t hint at any of this, with the two carrying on a merry conversation as if it’s normal to have your faces vanish.

5 The Head’s Taking A Rest

The creative ways to dispose of enemies means that the deaths can be ranked in terms of preference, but have you ever heard of a character willingly setting their own head aside? That’s what’s happening during this glitch.

As can be seen, the head is placed by the side of the screen while the characters act like nothing’s happened. It’s not even the full head, as the body still has the character’s ponytail still attached. Maybe it was a stylistic choice all along.

4 A Skid To Beat All Skids

There are fans who like to argue if Skyrim is better than The Witcher. Well, have you ever skidded your horse off a cliff in Skyrim? The answer’s probably not, so The Witcher should have the victory simply because it’s possible to do so here.

It might be that the game was inspired by the Fast and the Furious series, seeing as Geralt is in the process of taking a big skid. It’s funny that it doesn’t even look like a glitch and that Geralt intended to make his horse do this.

3 Well That’s Terrifying

There are no shortages of scary characters from mythology in the game, but all of them pale in comparison to Geralt himself. It won’t take more than a glance at this glitch to confirm this notion, as Geralt looks like some kind of demonic entity.

The glitch in question has to do with the graphics on his facial model completely crashing, getting Geralt’s expression stuck in the middle of a conversation. Even with this explanation, nothing can get this image out of your head.

2 Geralt As A Plank

Partly why Geralt is such a hit amongst fans is because of the abundance of badass quotes that can be heard from him. Still, no level of coolness can make someone look intimidating when they have what appears to be a plank as part of their head.

This glitch has a column permanently get attached to Geralt, although the guy doesn’t appear to be in any level of discomfort. Instead, that optimistic expression is the perfect set-up for a joke as Geralt happily stands around with a plank sticking inside of him.

1 That’s Quite The Conundrum

Don’t you just hate it when you’re walking around minding your own business and the ground swallows you up? At least Geralt can relate if no one else can, with this image serving as proof that his adventures keep getting more difficult.

For some reason, the glitch caused all the characters to be partially blended into the ground itself. Of course, it meant that there was no way anybody could walk around, turning it into quite the conundrum. Still, it can be seen that the option to have a conversation remained so it wasn’t all that bad.
