- Download Voila AI Artist for iPhone or Android. Launch the app. It will ask for permission to use your phone’s camera roll. Select one of the many filters. 3D Cartoon is the mode that went viral. Choose a camera option: Camera (to take a photo) Gallery (upload a photo) Celebrity (search for a celebrity) Take a photo, upload a photo, or find a photo to use. Voila will begin the rendering process. Free users will likely see ads at this point. The result shows a composite grid with the original photo and filtered renderings. You can then cycle through different cycles below the composite image to adjust it further. Click the share button in the corner to save and share your creation with others.
