With all 17 of the studio’s 2021 movies suddenly heading to HBO Max, everyone from outraged US theater owners to Tenet helmer Christopher Nolan reacted to the move, which was not mirrored by rival studio Disney during their recent Investors Day....

A Taiwanese man has unfortunately had to part ways with his fancy new PS5 after his wife found out that he had not, in fact, purchased a new air purifier like he was supposed to. The incident was first reported by Taiwan News, which came across the man’s dilemma via Facebook. Apparently, a user named Jin Wu (吳建均) was browsing social media in search of a secondhand PS5 that didn’t cost a million quid....

The next bout of Xbox Game Pass releases has been announced as well as the titles departing the service. Ghost of a Tale, Project Winter, and the Falconeer are coming February 4, while Final Fantasy 12 The Zodiac Age, Jurassic World Evolution, Stealth Inc. 2: A Game of Clones, and Wolfenstein: Youngblood is arriving February 11. World of Warcraft’s Shadowlands now joins those major winners, having become the fastest-selling PC game of all time, according to Activision. World of Warcraft has been with us for the past 16 years. Part of its success is its ability to continually adapt and provide content that is interesting for players, but that’s not to say it always shakes out that way....
