Although anticipation for Destiny prior to release was at an all-time high, it didn’t take long for players to realize that what developer Bungie promised and what they ended up delivering were not one in the same. Australian YouTuber Wood Hawker is no longer a part of Nintendo’s Brand Ambassador Program, and no one knows why. Considering what Demon’s Souls did for Souls series and the greater collection of FromSoftware games as a whole, it would be impossible to say that it doesn’t deserve the recently revealed PS5 remake to reintroduce fans to the game that started it all. That being said, the game that really did start it all certainly deserves to be revived for next-gen console than any game that holds a Souls title and already enjoyed its own time in the sun....

Reactions to the reveal of Naughty Dog’s The Last of Us remake were decidedly mixed. Some were impressed by the remake’s completely rebuilt visuals, others were irked by changes to some of the character designs, and many were flabbergasted by the fact that a remake of a 2013 game is selling for the retail price of $70. Those arguments will continue to play out, but the one thing that remains hard to argue against is just how groundbreaking The Last of Us was and how it raised the bar for video game storytelling....

Netflix and CD Projekt Red have officially revealed the full schedule for WitcherCon on July 9. The day will be composed of two separate streams composed of panels, interviews, and behind-the-scenes looks at how the games and TV series were produced. The first WitcherCon stream goes live at 1:00pm ET, followed by a second stream later that night at 9pm ET. Its first panel in both sessions takes a look at the second season of The Witcher TV series on Netflix and includes Anya Chalotra, Freya Allan, Mimi M Khayisa, Paul Bullion, and Lauren Schmidt Hissrich....

These days, Microsoft offers gaming fans an arsenal of options for playing games.
