Early last week, Destiny developer Bungie dropped a bombshell. Amidst talk of the House of Wolves DLC’s new content – like new missions, a new horde mode type experience, and a new story – Bungie confirmed that the expansion would not feature a new raid. Having been stuck in my house for the better part of a year, games that feature open-world exploration are far more appealing than they have ever been. Spending my days on the ocean in Summer in Mara, living out my life of crime in Grand Theft Auto Online, and even exploring the pixelated world of Minecraft have allowed me to escape the confines of my home, if only virtually.
