When Bungie announced that it would be holding an announcement stream in Early June detailing the future of Destiny 2, fans were expecting to get an in-depth look at the brand new season, as well as the reveal of this year’s major Fall expansion. A woman from Fredericksburg, Virginia has been arrested after breaking into two homes and stealing Chinese food and a PlayStation console. The woman has admitted to burglarizing four homes, with three of those being in the very same area. The Stafford County Sheriff’s Department reports that on May 7, it got two separate calls about home burglaries in the Pilot Knob Loop area. In one of the homes, the suspect broke in and stole the Chinese food from the fridge before home security footage saw her going through a purse....

So apparently you can just swap Eivor’s gender mid-game in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. It sounds weird, but Ubisoft promises it won’t be. Apparently, the DNA that you find on Eivor’s ax (or whatever) is damaged and the Animus system can’t really determine whether it’s male or female, so the simulation runs both in tandem. This means you can swap between them half-way through. “You can go into the Animus layer of our game,” Valhalla narrative director Director Darby McDevitt told IGN in a recent interview....

Assassin’s Creed Odyssey appears to be mixing up the traditional action-adventure style in previous installments and seemingly doubling-down on several RPG elements introduced in Assassin’s Creed Origins. One of the riskier approaches may the apparent exclusion of a traditional hidden blade, instead choosing to focus on the broken Spear of Leonidas. Much like Origins, Assassin’s Creed Odyssey features a skill revolved around taming animals. Referred to as the Beast Master skill, the description dictates that players can “tame knocked out wolves,” but only one wild animal can be tamed at a time....
