Today at Microsoft’s E3 2017 press conference, the company finally announced the release date and price for Project Scorpio, now known as Xbox One X. Xbox One X will be available on November 7th, and will retail for $499 USD. The Xbox One X will share the Xbox One’s library of games, and will offer significant enhancements for some games in the lineup. A slew of upcoming Xbox games will utilize the console’s raw power to display native 4K resolution, like Metro Exodus and Forza Motorsport 7, with the latter even able to run at 60 frames per second when played on Xbox One X....

World of Warcraft Classic, Blizzard’s throwback to the original vanilla release of World of Warcraft, is coming to BlizzCon 2018. Wednesday afternoon Blizzard announced that both BlizzCon attendees and Virtual Ticket purchasers at home will be granted the first public opportunity to try World of Warcraft Classic. A demo will be made available come the start of BlizzCon, which begins November 2. It’s no secret that Head of Xbox Phil Spencer is a big Destiny fan and after the news that Bungie is splitting from its partnership with publisher Activision while retaining the publishing rights to the Destiny franchise, Spencer tweeted at Bungie saying he’s looking forward to working with Bungie in the future. Twitter user Zak S claims to have purchased an early edition of an Xbox Series X controller which seemingly reveals the existence of a currently unconfirmed console known as the Xbox Series S.
