Several months ago, the video game peripheral manufacturer Hyperkin announced plans to revive “The Duke”–that is, the original controller for the very first Xbox–for use with Microsoft’s current generation consoles. Microsoft went on to approve the company’s work on the recreation of the controller, and now it looks as if the product finally has a price and a release window for fans to put in their calendars. As seen in the tweet below from the original Xbox designer Seamus Blackley, The Duke remake from Hyperkin will be available sometime at the end of March, and set players back $70 should they choose to purchase it....

Occurring late last week, the developer behind the IndieGoGo-backed RPG Indivisible, Lab Zero, was dissolved following allegations of abuse levied towards the studio’s Lead Design Director and Programmer Mike Zaimont. According to a variety of employees working at Lab Zero, Zaimont made frequent inappropriate comments and generally created a hostile work environment for everyone involved with the studio’s projects. Dash Wilder and Scott Dawson, collectively known as The Revival, have been released from their WWE contracts. At today’s X018 event, Microsoft put a lot of focus into its Xbox Game Pass subscription, which offers gamers a library of digital games (new and old) for a monthly fee.
